Check out the photos. We had a wonderful time at Boundary Bay on Friday playing the benefit for the Rainbow Recovery Center, a community based support group for adults with mental illness. Many are homeless and this fundraiser will help with bus passes, meals, and valuable resources. Then off to the Bachman Mansion on Saturday for the Whatcom Humane Society's Hoedown. This was a fundraiser for rescued farm animals. What a great time for a worthy cause. (BTW, Washingtonians CAN boot scoot.)

I have several dates coming up soon after this winter slumber. I'll be accompanied by Tom Westerly and Dan Duggin at the Big Rock Cafe on April 1st, with the Bow Diddlers at the Edision on April 3rd, and at Chuckanut Brewery on April 7th with Tom Westerly.

We had a great time at the Edison last Sunday. Thanks to all of you who came out. The place was packed and the dance floor was a-rockin.

Just returned from a great week in Fort Worth. Nice to be home and see all my places. Heard some good music and had TexMex and barbeque many times. I'm better now. Check out the pics.

Hooray! We had a wonderful time last night raising money for The Rainbow Center and thanks to everyone's support the center is $610 richer! I hope to do this every year. What fun!

Happy New Year, everyone. Just returned from Dallas/Fort Worth. Had a great time of friends, family, music, food and fun. Endured a blizzard on Christmas Eve! And had a wonderful visit to east Texas-Jefferson-where the food was amazing and the Cajun music fantastic. Have a great 2010, ya'll.

I loved seeing Dave Mason at Snoqualmie Casino on Saturday (okay Chris and Gerald-I expect a visit!!); and had fun playing at the Ultimate End of Summer Concert on Sunday. It's the end of summer here in the Ham.

Come out to Huckaby Park in Gate 9 this afternoon for the opening. I'll be playing 4-6:30.

A quick trip back to Bellingham was worth it. We had a beautiful night-I'm looking at the San Juans and playing music to a fun crowd-life's good!

Come out to the Village Green in Fairhaven this Saturday. We'll be performing tunes from Sundays and As Is CDs. Joe Young (The Walrus) will be featured on guitar. I'll be joined by Wedge Michaels (drums), GT Ray (bass), Mike Brodsky (blues harmonica) and Liz Overstreet (vocals). It's good!!
